The objective of the Secretariat is to provide effective and efficient service to members through teamwork. To accomplish this noble objective the Secretary is assisted by the Management Team that comprises of all Heads of Directorates, Divisions and Sub-Divisions.

The Management Team assists the Secretary with the implementation of policies and directives of the National Council. It also deliberates on matters affecting staff performance and conditions of service. The ultimate success of the National Council Administration thus hinges on the performance of this Team.
