The objective of this Directorate is to provide operational assistance and guidance to the National Assembly. To attain this objective, the following functions need to be performed:

(a) The arrangement of all logistical and other matters pertaining to sittings.

(b) The rendering of assistance and advice concerning procedural and other matters.

(c) The attendance to the requirements of members.

(d) The rendering of sergeant-at-arms and orderly services.
